Master Dealers are premier stores that carry the complete Vaillancourt Folk Art line and are knowledgeable not only on the current line but also on retired Vaillancourt items and special items. Judi can create a custom Santa for master dealers which are only available at these stores—called master dealer exclusives. Master dealers reap the benefit of having exclusive territory in which Vaillancourt pieces are sold and have priority for personal appearances by Vaillancourt artists. The minum order for a Master Dealer is $5,000/year.

Those who choose not to become Master Dealers are called Stocking dealers. Stocking dealers have the ability to stock a smaller selection of pieces over the year. Although they are not permitted to carry any of the master dealer exclusives, the rest of the line is available. Many stocking dealers choose to become Master Dealers within 2 - 3 years. The opening order for a Stocking dealer is $500, with a re-order of $100. Stores that are inactive in orders for a year fall out of the Stocking dealer category and are subject to the $500 minimum to re-establish their dealer status.
