Pere Fouettard ( the French assistant to St. Nicholas) is dressed for a snowy day in a green robe with snow, a border of evergreens, white boots and a red & white striped hood.
The mould is French attributed to Matfer but was most likely originally a LeTang design. It is marked with the word "Qualite."
